Artificial intelligence is here. We build the systems that put it to work.
Technology is moving faster than most businesses can keep up with. Genesis Matrix engineers artificial intelligence into the way a business runs. We've been at the forefront of this for years. Mostly so you don't have to be.
Urban Pulse
Urban Pulse is property development software for Australia. You check what a block allows, put together a planning pack, get contracts signed and run the build from one place.
We build the Urban Pulse platform: the web app, the planning tools and the contract signing flow.

We build the whole system, from your first website to your whole AI strategy.
Pick one service or combine several. Every build starts with how your business actually runs, not with the technology.
We build fast, clear websites. You change them by describing what you want in plain words.
We build apps for your customers or your team. The scope is agreed in writing before we write a line of code.
We tell you where AI fits your business, where it doesn't, and what to do first. Plainly.
We engineer how your tools, data and people connect, and we plan it properly before anything is built.
We engineer AI into the tools you already use, with clear limits on what it can do.
We find the slow parts of your business and fix them. Then we stay until your team is using the new system.
We look at your systems, costs and risks with fresh eyes. You get a plan for what to fix first.
Technology will keep moving. We stay on as your advisers, for owners and their teams.
Manaaki
Manaaki is a money app that puts household and business money side by side, for couples and for people on their own. It reads your figures from Xero and opens to invited users first.

How we work, from the first call to launch day.
There are three steps. We counted. You'll always know which one we're on.
You answer a few questions, we go through them together, and we agree what comes first.
Each part arrives with a private preview link. You try it as it lands.
Every release is tested before it goes live. After launch, we keep it running.
Three ways to work with us, starting with discovery.
Every project starts with discovery. Then you get one fixed price for the whole build, delivered in two-week sprints. Only your live usage is billed on top, at cost plus 20%, capped monthly.
We map your goals and systems and agree what comes first. You get a written scope and a price for the build.
A fixed price per job, set once discovery is done. You get a preview link for each part, so you can try it as it lands.
We keep it running after launch, with a monthly report on what changed.
Usage · cost plus 20%, capped monthly
Only your system's own live usage is billed, at cost plus 20%, with a monthly cap agreed in your SOW. Everything it takes to build and test it is in the fixed price. You get an alert at 50% and 80%, and work pauses at 100% until you approve more.
AusDilaps
AusDilaps writes dilapidation reports: condition reports on buildings before and after construction work nearby, for contractors across Australia.
We build the AusDilaps website and the inspection tools their team uses, connected to Salesforce.

Nine stages, from your first message to growth.
Every project moves through the same nine stages, from Contact to Growth. Your client portal shows where you are, what's next and what we need from you.
First contact
You tell us what you want to change. Mike reads every enquiry and tells you straight whether we can help.
- Share your idea with the guide or the short form
- A personal reply from Mike
- An honest yes, no or not yet
Starts the moment you write to us
Start your project. It takes about three minutes.
You don't need to know anything about AI. That's our side of the table. Tell the guide about your business, or use the short form, and Mike will reply by email.

Any figure the guide gives is a rough band, never a quote. Your fixed price comes after discovery.
We engineer systems that keep running long after launch day.
Genesis Matrix builds AI systems, websites and apps for clients wherever they are. Launch is where the real work starts, so we stay on.
Questions
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. That's our job. We ask about your business, not about tools, and then we show you exactly where AI helps.
What does Genesis Matrix do?
Genesis Matrix builds AI systems. That covers websites, mobile apps, AI strategy, systems design and integration, business health checks and ongoing advice. Pick one service or combine several.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Anyone who guarantees numbers before seeing your business is guessing, and we prefer to guess privately. We start small, measure what changes and show you the results.
Can I edit my site myself?
Yes. Every site we build comes with a private editor. Describe the change, check the preview and publish it.
Can we sign an NDA first?
Yes. We'll sign it before you tell us anything sensitive.
How do I start?
Answer the AI guide's questions, which takes about three minutes, or send the short form. Mike replies to every enquiry by email.
Tell us what you want to stop doing by hand. We'll engineer the rest.
Rough ideas are fine. We work out the details together, and Mike replies by email.
